MAY 2011

Leander's new wastewater line is in the ground from CR179 north along the creek, under CR177 continuing north to the point at Reagan and Brushy Creek.

JANUARY 2011

Leander's progress on the wastewater line is moving fast. Interest in the corridor is kicking up because developers are seeing the pipe going in the ground.


MAY 2010

Leander's City Council approved the Reagan Parmer Phased Utility Plan


MARCH 2010

The City of Leander is starting construction on BCRWWS wastewater line from CR 179 along the creek to Parmer with a December 2010 completion date. 


FEBRUARY 2010

The City of Leander is pursuing acquisition of property along the Brushy Creek from CR 179 north towards Sarita Ranch which is located on the southeast corner of Reagan/Parmer  and FM2243.

NOVEMBER 2009

The Reagan Phased Utility Plan was completed in August and has been in review by the City. The City co-funded this plan and through this joint partnership we are striving for an approved phased utility plan that developers can move forward with knowing the City is in agreement.

2010 REAGAN PARMER PHASED UTILITY PLAN

The Reagan Parmer Corridor Association in partnership with the City of Leander have joined forces with Bury+Partners to create the Reagan Parmer Phased Utility Plan. This plan outlines options for phased water and waste water lines for the area north of CR179 to Hwy 29 and 183A to the eastern border of Leander's ETJ. It also provides pro-rata costs for the participating landowners as well as finance/reimbursement options for developers.

On May 6, 2010 Leander's City Council approved this plan finalizing a major step in the growth of the corridor.
