MAY 2010

Leander's City Council approved the Reagan Parmer Phased Utility Plan


MARCH 2010

The City of Leander is starting construction on BCRWWS wastewater line from CR 179 along the creek to Parmer with a December 2010 completion date. 


FEBRUARY 2010

The City of Leander is pursuing acquisition of property along the Brushy Creek from CR 179 north towards Sarita Ranch which is located on the southeast corner of Reagan/Parmer  and FM2243.


DECEMBER 2009

12/17/2009  Leander Approves Water & Wastewater Development for Reagan Blvd. in eastern Leander



The Reagan Parmer Corridor Association in partnership with the City of Leander have joined forces with Bury+Partners to create the Reagan Parmer Phased Utility Plan. This plan outlines options for phased water and waste water lines for the area north of CR179 to Hwy 29 and 183A to the eastern border of Leander's ETJ. It also provides pro-rata costs for the participating landowners as well as finance/reimbursement options for developers.

On May 6, 2010 Leander's City Council approved this plan finalizing a major step in the growth of the corridor.
