CURRENT PROJECTS
In December 2008, the Reagan Parmer Corridor Association in partnership with the City of Leander are joining forces with Bury+Partners to create the Reagan Phased Utility Plan. This plan will provide options for phased water and wastewater lines for the area north of CR179 to Hwy 29 and 183A to the eastern border of Leander's ETJ. It will also provide pro-rata costs for the participating landowners as well as finance/reimbursement options for developers.
The RPCA has been pursuing utilities in the corridor and this is the first major step towards accomplishing that goal. This plan should be complete by midyear.

Founding Principles
The
Reagan Parmer Corridor Association (RPCA) is a NON-PROFIT
organization formed in 2007. Property owners currently representing
over 2,700 acres, business interests and community leaders were
concerned that growth in residential and commercial areas in western
Williamson County should be accompanied by commensurate growth in
infrastructure.
The RPCA is dedicated to promoting quality
infrastructure - roads, schools, water, waste water, flood control by
developing appropriate tools to plan, fund and deliver these systems to
the ever growing region.
Our
goals are to aggressively pursue public policies that enhance quality
of life and growth while promoting economic development in one of the
fastest growing areas in central Texas.
